Directions
 
Use

 1 tube every night before bedtime.
 
1. Clean hands and vulva before application.

2. Lie flat with hips raised. Gently insert the applicator 6–7 cm into the vagina.

3. Push all gel into the vaginal cavity slowly and remove the applicator gently.

4. Remain lying down for 2–3 hours to avoid leakage.
 
For external vulva care: apply directly to the affected area, no rinsing needed.
